The Beautiful Game
Has mesmerized the world, the football being the world with the patches representing the multi-nationals and the colour in the game. The club motifs on the shield being the modern day gladiators, orbiting the ball. The stitches emphasizing how fragile everything is that is all held together by a thin thread. The banner being flown by the two doves draped in laurels are of course symbols and emblems of peace and victory, and stars are the multitudes of fans driving the game.
This is a watercolour painting and the sizes are 84 cm x 59 cm.
